| So I'm here at Newark, looking out over the tail of Forever Blue ta the flying A atop the Budwieser, soon to be Rolling Rock, brewery. Second trip in two weeks after dodging airplanes for a year and a half. 45,000 mile a year to probably nothing last year. It always freaked Uncle Lou out whenever I was gone for even 1 night.

| Last week's seminar in LA was eye-opening for me. This is a whole new world for me, and one that I can do well in. There are so few grown-ups in the room., so far. I guess my biggest disappointment is that the overriding rule is "If it makes money it's goodenough. There does not appear to be much pride of craftmanship. We're dealing in emeotions in words, but we don't seem to care if the words are spelled correctly, parse or have any pleasue to the ear or eye. When questioned, Tellman takes it as a challenge. We do it becuse it makes us money - what's your quibble.

Some have shown a human side when I've communicated - Jack Forde, eg. Most don't care to respond or BFD.

| Next at the same time: Telseminars. Just do it. First major. Coney Island USA. Dick Zigun. Promo weekly shows/lectures. Maybe get Astroland to sponsor. Second, with Dick & Friends: Ebook on denizens of the midway. Freddie, Koko, twins, Todd Robbins, maybe the uy who wrote sideshow for a virtual book tour, Joel Bauer, master of the dark arts and whoever they turn up. This could be a lifetime adenture. How about Dick going on about the character of the Bowery and however much history is still available first-hand. The mind spins, under the spell of the outside talker & friends.
