OpenJDK
From FreeMind
Jump to navigationJump to search
OpenJDK is a Java virtual machine that is installed by default in some Linux distributions, and is distinct from the official Oracle JRE. If you are running FreeMind with OpenJDK and experience any glitches of user interface, it may be a good idea to try to install Oracle JRE instead of OpenJDK.
To find out whether you are using "OpenJDK", type "java -version" into your Linux shell, and check whether you see "OpenJDK" in the output.
